Male hygiene
There is an axiom: a man's sexual health is impossible without following the rules of male intimate hygiene. Fortunately, these are not very difficult. The main thing is to wash genitals properly at least once a day and both before and after each intercourse. This is compulsory because the last drops of urine usually remain under foreskin where smegma, that is a special lubricant, is produced. The mixture of urine and smegma is a good environment for bacteria reproduction. These bacteria can easily provoke various kinds of inflammations.
Penis hygiene
Penis must be washed not only regularly, but properly as well.
First of all, you should wash your hands and then cover your penis with soap foam. The soap must not be flavoured, otherwise you are likely to have skin irritation. Use only hot water. Wash the penis and groin. Than nude the glans and wash it. Rinse the genitals properly.
As it has already been mentioned, the last drops of urine often remain under foreskin. Also these can get on the trunks. In order to avoid this, squeeze the penis at its base. Do it very carefully. This trick does not always work, but there is no harm in trying.
Also you can dry your genitals with toilet paper or a handkerchief. Be aware of the fact that dirty underwear provokes bacteria development. So change your trunks every day. By the way, you should pay a special attention to the underwear you choose. It should be made of cotton, because cotton fabric contributes to air circulation. Synthetic underclothes is harmful to sexual health. It fits tightly and makes heat exchange difficult. This is likely to provoke rash.
A few words about testicles hygiene. Did you know that too high temperature prevents spermatazoons production? Now that you know about this, avoid everything that is likely to increase groin and perinium temperature. Do not take hot baths and again avoid skin-tight clothes. Otherwise, you are going to lose your ability to impregnate.
Once a month examine and palpate both testicles. Pay a special attention to all changes in the scrotum. Any hardening in the scrotum must be the reason to go to a doctor.
Hygiene of perineum
After dejection clean the anus and the perineum only with soft toilet paper. The motions should be directed from the anus backwards. This will help to avoid getting of small parts of faeces and colibacillus on the genitals. It would be even better if instead of anus cleaning with paper you will wash it with flowing water.
And we remind you that you must take a shower and wash your penis not only after intercourse, but before it as well. You must do it not only for yourself. You must do it for the woman you love or just going to make love with. Very many girls, women and even wives are simply ashamed of asking their husbands or partners to wash the genitals before lovemaking. They are afraid that this will change the mans mood and will ruin all intimate atmosphere. This error is very likely to affect the whole womans life. Usually men do not wash their genitals before intercourse because thet hurry being eager to begin lovemaking as soon as possible. But they wash their hands before having a meal. Washing genitals before intercourse is compulsory as well.
Usually men think of hygiene only after lovemaking and thus show their complete neglect and even criminal indifference to their partners.
Dear men! Such a behaviour is inadmissable! Your partners sexual health is as important as yours.
Take care of it.
